Each athlete must complete their own order form to be photographed.

Failure to attend both Picture Day and Makeup Picture Day will result in exclusion from the team picture.

A 4% card processing fee will apply to canceled credit card sales orders requesting refunds.

All orders will be sent to the league and distributed by the league unless alternative arrangements are specified. If you prefer direct shipment, a Shipping & Handling fee will apply.

Prices listed do not include Sales Tax, which will be added at checkout. All prices are in US dollars and remain valid until modified by Jinsook Cho Thomas Photography. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
